From source to record
We prefer contact information published on a company-controlled website. A source link identifies where a detail came from. Contact descriptions distinguish customer enquiries from other purposes such as corporate offices, baggage claims or product warranties.
A checked date belongs to the cited detail. It records a review of published information, not a test call or a promise that every service was checked on that date. Some records retain an earlier date when they have not been rechecked.
Labels with a limited meaning
A reservations line is not called a dedicated refund desk unless its source says so. A number shared by several departments may appear under more than one relevant purpose.
Toll-free describes the listed calling region. Mobile airtime and international charges can still apply. We do not estimate a live queue or promise an answer time without supporting information.
Gaps stay visible
If a telephone number has not been confirmed, we use the company’s web contact route. Missing opening hours, email addresses and social profiles are not filled with guesses.
Company descriptions are editorial summaries. They do not imply that the company approved this directory or appointed the publisher as its support provider.
Fixing a record
Use the correction link on the company page. Name the detail, explain the issue and include a company-published source when possible. Reports reach a private moderation inbox; they are not posted automatically.
