Information you send
A review submission includes a display name, email, rating, title, review text and experience date. A contact or correction message includes your name, email, message and any selected company or review reference.
We use this information to moderate reviews, investigate corrections, reply where appropriate and handle requests about submitted information. Do not send booking credentials, payment details or documents through these forms.
What becomes public
Only approved review content and its public display fields appear on the website. Review email addresses and private contact messages are not included in the public review response. Public company contacts are published as directory information, with sources where available.
Storage and service operation
The directory runs on Cloudflare Workers and stores submitted records in Cloudflare D1. Network requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address. The application uses keyed identifiers to limit repeated submissions and a hashed email identifier to detect repeat reviews for a company.
This release has no advertising scripts, audience analytics or visitor tracking pixels. A signed, secure cookie is used for the publisher’s administration session and expires after eight hours. Browsing the public listings does not require that administration cookie.
Access and retention
Access to pending reviews and messages is restricted to the publisher’s moderation interface. Records are retained while needed to operate the directory, respond to submissions and maintain the publication record. There is no automatic review-deletion schedule promised by this release.
For an access, correction or removal request concerning your submission, write to skies@travelmonte.com. Provide enough information to locate it; we may need to check that you are the person concerned before changing or disclosing private records.
Other websites
Company links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. The directory does not receive the contents of your call or the information you enter into those websites. The main travelmonte.com travel agency site has its own privacy notice.
