What to submit
Select a rating from one to five, add a short title and describe your own experience with the selected company. Use the date of that experience. Critical and positive experiences are both welcome.
Keep the text relevant to the interaction. Do not post advertisements, threats, harassment, discriminatory attacks or material you do not have the right to share.
What to leave out
Never include passwords, verification codes, card details, booking references, account numbers or another person’s private information. Your display name, rating, title, review text and experience date may become public after approval. Your email address is not shown with the review.
Before a review appears
Submissions enter a queue and are reviewed before publication. Moderation looks for problems with relevance, privacy and these guidelines. It does not verify a purchase, prove every statement or certify a company’s service.
We do not manufacture introductory reviews, import another platform’s star score as our own or attach a verified-customer badge without a verification process.
Corrections and concerns
Use Report next to a published review or contact the directory if a review contains private information or appears to break these guidelines. To request an edit to your own review, identify the listing and use the email address supplied with the submission.
